This week we will be featuring our first Account Manager: Tierra Starks

Tierra is a Senior Organizer based in Los Angeles, California. As a Senior Organizer, she acts as the middleman between creators and clients by sourcing the best creators for the campaign and guiding them through the partnership process. 

In the year and three months that Tierra has worked at People First, she has participated on over 10+ projects including B Well, Ad Council, White Castle, AZO, and many others. Her favorite project so far has been B Well and White Castle Gamers. 

In her free time Tierra enjoys acting, reading, and herbology/teas, which is the study of different herbs and their benefits. Fun fact: Tierra also collects quirky cookbooks!

This week we will be featuring our first Account Manager: Lizzy Maltby

As an account manager, Lizzy acts as the bridge between clients and the People First team. Her responsibilities include facilitating communication and organizing projects to ensure they run smoothly. Lizzy has worked at People First for 11 months and her favorite campaign thus far has been Fibroid Advocacy. She enjoyed sourcing the powerful stories and “felt privileged to help deliver such an important message about a health concern that affects a large percentage of women within their lifetime.”

Lizzy is currently based in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and likes to travel, hike, and bike!

This week we will be featuring our first Creative Service Representative: Elena Dell”Acqua

As a Creative Service Representative, Elena recruits content creators and microinfluencers for campaigns using different techniques and across various platforms. Since September, Elena has worked on several campaigns including Shieldpac, CMPB, Culturelle Kids and Baby, Save Our Water and more—her favorite being Culturelle Kids and Baby.

Elena is based in Jersey City, NJ and enjoys going out to see shows and art museums, and traveling with friends.

This week we will be featuring our first Creator Portal Expert: Michael Piesik II.

Michael started at People First as a Digital Relational Organizer 4 months ago and has also taken on the Creator Portal Expert role! Of the 5 campaigns they worked on, their favorite was the Get Real! Campaign because of the creative content and geographic criteria of the campaign. 

Michael is based in Pasadena, CA and enjoys reading, drawing, watching documentaries, cooking, and dancing outside of their work at People First!

This week, we will be featuring one of our Lead Digital Relational Organizer’s: Francesca Dell’Acqua. 

Francesca is from Jersey City, NJ and has been working at People First for just under two years! As a Lead Digital Relational Organizer, she has worked on projects such as Save Our Water CA, DMA PA, Peanuts, Culturelle Adult and Culturelle Kids & Baby, and more. Out of all of the projects she has worked on, her favorite is the Peanuts campaign because the genuine, authentic content focused on “Taking Care of Yourself, Each Other, and the Earth”.

Outside of work, Francesca is a translation graduate student who enjoys writing, playing guitar, going to the movies, playing with my dog, and going to the gym!

This week, we will be featuring one of our Lead Digital Relational Organizer’s: Bence Szucsik.

In addition to managing the Digital Relational Organizers, as a Lead DRO, Ben works closely with creators to manage their content and assist in their campaign process. Out of all of the campaigns Ben has worked on throughout the last two years, his favorite has been the Fibroad Advocacy Campaign. 

Based in Cincinnati, OH, Bence enjoys working out, hiking, and gaming outside of working at People First.

This week, we will be featuring one of our Lead Digital Relational Organizer’s: Jesica Lumba.

As one of our newer Social Club Team members, Jesica has quickly become a Lead DRO! During the 5 months she has worked here at People First, she has worked on various campaigns – her favorites being Fair Fight Georgia and Stacey Abrams.

Jesica is currently based in Columbus, Ohio and enjoys photography, fashion, and traveling outside of work!

This week, we will be featuring one of our Senior Digital Relational Organizer’s: Sia. 

Sia is based in Chicago and has been working with People First since May 2021. Within those years, Sia has worked on campaigns that bring awareness to women’s cervical health in ways that have saved lives. Her favorite campaign thus far has been the PAP squad. 

Some hobbies that she enjoys outside of work include photography, traveling, and attending music festivals with friends!

This week, we will be featuring one of our Lead Digital Relational Organizer’s: Ivyanna. 

As a LDRO, Ivyana is in charge of achieving campaign goals. During the two years Ivyanna has worked with People First, she has worked on Vote Like a Madre, Floor & Decor, Precerv, CHAM, White Castle, AFSCME, DAGA, Unite the Country, Culturelle Kids & Baby, Culturelle IBS, Rare, AHIP, and Juvenescence. Her favorite campaign has been Vote Like A Madre due to the messaging behind the campaign and the creators personal narratives. 

Outside of People First, Ivyanna is a part-time Zumba instructor at her local gym! She also enjoys to create things and learn new skills — currently, she’s loving crocheting, traveling, reading, tea parties, and trying out new restaurants!

This week, we will be featuring one of our Senior Digital Relational Organizer’s: Alison Cary.

Since starting as a DRO in the summer of 2021, Alison has worked on Defending Progress in PA, ShopKo Optical, Fair Fight Action in Georgia, Fibroids Advocacy and several other campaigns! Her favorite project thus far has been Fair Fight Action. 

Alison is based in Long Beach, CA and is currently a Counseling Psychology Graduate Student. Outside of work and school Alison loves to read, write, paint, and make playlists.

This week, we will be featuring one of our Lead Digital Relational Organizer’s: Caitlin Mallory. 

Based in London, Caitlin has been working with People First for about one year and a half! During this time, Caitlin climbed up the ranks, starting as a Digital Relational Organizer, then becoming a Senior Digital Relational Organizer. Caitlin’s favorite project to work on thus far has been the eMed at-home testing project! 

Outside of People First, Caitlin enjoys reading, being outside, and exploring new places!

Beginning this week, the Creator Portal will post weekly blogs about the organizers who keep the Creator Portal up and running. This will be a great opportunity for our creators to get to know who’s helping them connect with the amazing brands we partner with. 

This week, we are proud to feature Val Cheney, who is based in Philadelphia, PA!

Starting as a Digital Relational Organizer (DRO) back in September, 2021, Val has since been promoted to the Director of Organizing here at People First. In this role she works across various departments to oversee all of the campaigns while working to improve user-experience on the Creator Portal. Val’s favorite project thus far has been leading our NASCAR campaign. In addition to sourcing LA-based creators to help build hype around the NASCAR season opening race at the Busch Light Clash at the Coliseum, she also enjoyed being a part of a campaign that rewarded its’ participants with goodies such as free tickets to the race! 

Outside of People First, Val enjoys playing pool with friends and heading to the city for Trivia Nights. Recently, she’s been getting into EDM and going to concerts in NYC.
