Home is where the heart is — but did you know that homeownership can often lead to generational wealth? Approximately 60% of the wealth in U.S. households comes from real estate, which is commonly passed down to heirs, thus building generational wealth.

This June is National Homeownership Month, and we are looking to highlight stories of Black and Latinx families who are homeowners (or in the process of owning a home) to share what this process has been like and why homeownership should be more accessible to all who hope to plant their roots.
